CapLease originates a majority of its transactions through a national network of commercial investment sale and mortgage brokers. We also originate transactions directly from owners of single-tenant properties from time to time.

We communicate with the brokers in our national origination network on an ongoing basis about developments in the single-tenant market and the various equity, debt, and mezzanine programs we offer.

CapLease's investment management team works closely with investment sale and mortgage brokers and their clients to structure acquisitions and debt financing that most cost effectively meet their needs.
